IT SUPPORT & TROUBLESHOOTING
Being an IT Enthusiast, i can help people with IT related queries, like PC troubleshooting, Installing OS’s/Software’s, Hardware Testing or any other Network related issues. I can provide tech support on an IT Help Desk and also in person.
WEB MANAGEMENT
I can help host and manage websites on servers(Windows & Linux), like WordPress websites, and take care of the security aspects. I also know how to SSH, configure, debug errors, take backups and keep the servers updated/maintained.
ANDROID TWEAKER
Having used Android for years, I have immense love towards app testing, bug hunting and android theme customisation’s. Since I understand the expectations of the end user, I can give user-experience suggestions for improvements.
NETWORKING & ROUTING
Having good knowledge about networking is essential when it comes to being a Sys Admin. I know the basics of internet like IP’s, DNS, TCP, Routing & Switching concepts.
CONTENT CREATION
On the non-technical side, i do know the basics of presentations, Excel sheets, and i also know basic Photoshop/GIMP editing to make templates or to do a basic edit of images/banners
PC GAMING
Apart from Tech, I am also a PC Gamer who has played various games (Old & Latest). I built my own PC and I also know how to install, debug and solve various errors while dealing with software’s and games.
